Product Description: Compatible Devices: 1. iPhone/iPad: Connect the receiver's USB-C plug to your iPhone/iPad. 2. Plug the receiver's 3.5mm TRS plug directly into the camera's mic port to record. 4. Note: 1. Do not insert the 3.5mm TRS plug of the receiver into the 3.5mm TRRS jack of a laptop, phone, etc. 2. Some Android phones may not be compatible. Follow the user manual to set up. 3. Both the receiver and microphone transmitter need to be charged with built-in lithium batteries. 4. Charging time is about 2 hours with a power of 5V/1A. The receiver and microphone transmitter have a maximum usage time of 6 hours. 5. The 3.5mm port cannot charge the receiver. Use the USB charging cable to plug into the charging port of the receiver, or plug the USB cable into the computer for automatic charging. 6. When receiving the product, charge the receiver and microphone before using. 7. If the microphone does not record, check if the indicator lights of the microphone and the receiver are solid green. Unplug the receiver and adjust the phone volume.
